2010 Oct - CIMarE VIB Monthly Meeting

Post by The Dieselduck »

Mark Collins the Vice President of Engineering and member of the Vancouver Island Branch of the Canadian Institute of Marine Engineering will be giving a presentation at the branch meeting Wednesday October 20 at 7PM in the downstairs lounge of the Naden Officers' Mess in Esquimalt.

The title of Mark's presentation is Applying Innovation Widely: Achieving Total Mission Efficiency in the Marine Industry
Total Mission Efficiency is the ability to execute a total transportation mission with the fewest resources and lowest environmental impact consistent with safe operation. This will undoubtedly be a very interesting, well presented and thought provoking paper. I encourage and look forward to a good turn out at the October 20 meeting.

Come early for a beverage and to meet colleagues in the upstairs lounge.
Guests and spouses are always welcome.

Hope to see you there
