Wartsila Prelube Pump

Post by Wascator »

Hi, does anyone know the manufacturer of the electric-driven oil circulating and prelube pump Wartsila typically uses? We are having seal trouble with one on a stationary engine 18V34SG here in the US and although the pump is pretty simple, we have to get one to live as this pump runs all the time when the engine is down. All Wartsila knows is : send money. Thanks!

Don't know if this helps but we have a 602V16 which uses Brennurnberg, hopefully the supplier will lead you in right direction.

Thanks for your reply:
Research indicates BEN is a manufacturer of electric motors in Nuremberg: Buchele Elektromotorenwerke GmbH Nurnberg DE
Our pump has a Siemens motor, as it is 60 Hz.
