The next CIMarE Vancouver Island Branch meeting will take place Thursday November 21 at 7 PM in the lower lounge of the Naden Guests and spouses are always welcome. Members often arrive early to have a beverage with colleagues in the upstairs lounge before the meeting.
Mike Eighmey from Garlock Sealing Technologies and Dean McLean from AR Thomson will be presenting a talk titled "Sealing Integrity - for the Marine Industry".
The talk will cover some or all of the following topics: Garlock introduction and overview; marine industry dialogue; product design and introduction; functions and applications; product selection; quality and certification; support services; case studies / lessons learned; feedback and review.
