it's a pretty funny picture, if you aren't directly involved-the steel girders draped gracefully across the bow of the ship!
It's even funnier to read that it was built to transport the launch equipment, not a commercial job that is leased. No one measured the bridges where the ship was even remotely to go under? LOL

I am going to guess that they were mean't to pass under the center span, but someone forgot........ooooops.......dang........darn it all.....

Cargo Law has some pictures of the ship showing the rocket loaded in the hold.
I wonder if the river level was higher then normal and no one took it into account.

River levels were up, but I had heard that he was actually in a small craft channel.
