Hello chillmen, is your quote of my response to Namit4's issue of no drop in pressure on PT4 during the timer the same as what you are experiencing now? The feed staying on during discharge is a possible for this alarm. The 3-way valve V1 operates up and down, not rotary in my experience and I have seen the valve plug drop off, but the valve appears to be working because it is still operating up and down. Another possibility is slow operation due to the valve unable to vent quickly as it is a single-acting valve (air pressure to open and spring force to close) and the conical shaped sintered metal vent plugs are a common cause of slow operation (they get clogged and also painted over so they don't work). Double check those things. At what point in the sequence does PT4 increase. Please provide some figures and times. John

Does it turn freely? Is everything tight especially the two lock rings? Got a good clean water supply? Correct temp? Test it by running it. If you don't want to get it dirty then run it on water manually to check the operation.

Hello Chillmen. What is the back pressure reading? Which valve is flow adjust valve that you refer to? Is it a proper flow control valve (usually red plastic knob with a 'number of turns' type mechanical display) Is the feed pump controlled with a VFD? If so, turn down the frequency to slow down the feed pump. If it is a regular motor without frequency control, has someone replaced it with a higher speed motor? Check the rpm. If the pump is a screw/scroll(IMO/ALP?) you cannot relieve the pressure and the flow with the pump relief valve as it will overheat and its a safety feature. Where are you reading the flow rate from? Is it accurate?

Reduce the 'High flow rate', set the temperature to 98 deg.C and BP to 2.0b

Hii sir
Upon discharge
Im encountering with a alarm A56 , No Pressure increase during displacement.
We have checked sv10, no restriction of water flow.
Found ohkay.
But the pressure is not raising.
Please kindly share some info reg for rectification ..

Check the function of PT4 and PT5. Is V5 passing? What is the flow through SV10? Check through all the parameters; has something changed like a timer setting? Run it in manual and see if the pressure will rise when you open SV10 with V4 closed.
