It's been 30 years since Marc Lepine went into an engineering class and separated the woman and men to opposite sides of the room and shot the woman. Six of the nine women in that room were killed. He killed 14 women, injured 14 others (including four men), then killed himself.

Woman and minorities are not a lesser form of being and they should not have to be vigilant about being targeted. They still shouldn't have to fear for their lives 30 years on.
