Good day mates. Im a newly promoted 3rd engineer and this is my first time to encounter alfa laval purifier. I came from mitsubishi selfejector with my previous vessel.

My problem now is our purifier gets an error " Discharge feedback error". I noticed that the PT4 pressure is always ZERO or sometimes with negative value. And the bowl is always discharging.

I also noticed that when the bowl is discharging the motor ampere current suddenly get high.

I already cleaned the bowl. renewed all orings, main seal rings and valve plugs. I hope somebody will help me this matter. Thank you and have a good day.

I would start by checking the water supply, Check pressure, strainers and timing of the valves. Check the manual for fault tracing.
