how to rectify water in oil ,,.,when paring tube seems normal and okay

hi good day hasanyone encountered high flow rate,.,.tried to regulate the flow but it doesnt work.,5.7m3/hr.
the flow adjust valve is fully open but it only decrease to 5.5 like that,.,any ways to reduce the flow?

Hi ..we just finished overhauling alfa laval purifier..im not mostly familiar with alfa laval this is my first time handling alfa laval..so how do we test alfa laval after overhaul? What are needed to test?

The solenoid for V1? I'm not sure how that has fixed the problem but let's hope with fingers crossed.
