I have set up the ranking system on the board.
The different ranks are assigned to levels of post. So if you are just posting one or two, then you are a bilge dweller. Post 500 or more and you will be know around here as Fleet Engineer, woo hoo!
If you want a different rank, just let me know, I will consider things like "Black Tank Cleaner" and such.... ehehehe
Heres the full list...
Bilge Dweller - 0-10 post
Tanktop Cleaner - 10 post
Deck Plate Wanderer - 20 post
Leak Patrol - 30 post
Mechanic - 50 post
Wandering Engineer - 75 post
Officer of the Watch - 100 post
Day Working Engineer - 140 post
Chief Engineer - 200 post
Superintendent - 325 post
Fleet Engineer - 500 post
Suggestions always welcomed...

The Galley Wireless (previous version)
Yes, it does still exist, I did not follow my own rules by deleting several months ago but it wont be up for much longer. The reason its still up, is that there is many good topics that I am almost done copying - which will be good building blocks for the wiki we may develop.
