3E on a tanker vessel looking for a shore job opportunity

Hi! I am currently a 3E with a 2E license onboard an oil/chemical tanker vessel. I have been a cadet and work as ratings on a VLCC. I would like to look for an opportunity to try shore job. If ever there are someone interested in hiring and offering or giving advice, I would highly appreciate it.
