Is Ocean group a good company to work for as a Fourth Engineer on tugs?

As per the job description, it's 14 days of work and 7 days on call .Do they really call in those 7 days on-call period?

I did three years with them. A bit management and admin heavy, but they gave you the equipment to do the job. The pay was okay, benefits were not if you had any dependants.

Not sure about the oncall question.
