Does anyone here have any experience with the engineering courses through Captain R J Rae & sons? I'm working towards my 2nd class and am curious as to whether the 2 EKG course is worth the money as I have never heard of this company before.

Captain Rae was a longtime fixture in the Halifax area and held the rights to distribute the Reid's books. He did all of the compass swings for the ships in the area. He died a few years back but I think his son has the business. I'm sure the course is fine. I've put a question out to friends and will get back if I have an answer.

ETA The syllabus for the exam has not changed since before 2016. These courses are not TC approved.

Just to let you know Capt. Andrew J. Rae's is working through the course approval process with TC.
