Stagnant wages

I'm still making less annual income than I was 6 years ago, which has been more or less stagnant for the last 10 years. Anyone else in this position?

Are you noticing wages go up; judging by the demand I see, there should be, but is it actually resulting increase in wages? I bought into this capitalist system crap, but i've yet to see it in action in my case?

Its hardly surprising to see fewer engineers, but is that how the regulators are dealing with the shortage, dropping manning?

My wages were stagnant for years. Now that I am actually at retirement stage, I got a good raise. The bean counters do not respect the level of knowledge and work goes into getting or certs and keeping ships going.
