MUST have a Canadian minimum 4th Class engineering certificate already certified to work in Canada. Must produce a copy of their Minimum 4th Class Transport Canada Marine Engineer's Certificate.

NOTE* Foreign Certificates are not eligible as this is only for work in Canadian waters
