Job Description
Leading our mechanical design engineering team
Overall responsibility for mechanical design engineering on Naval ship construction programs
Leader/owner of all mechanical design processes
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent Engineering training with significant Naval marine experience
Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in Naval construction
Proven ability to lead a team to achieve high performance levels in a complex fast moving environment
Must be efficient at organizing, forecasting and meeting objectives on a continuous basis.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
